  • What are your opening hours?

    While our Nuremberg office isn't open for visitors right now, our team is available to help you remotely Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT.

  • What do you offer as private label?

    We offer private label services, manufacturing high-quality products that are branded, marketed, and sold under your names. We manage sourcing, production, and quality control according to agreed specifications, supporting you in the production of products that add value to your portfolio. 

  • Is it possible to book a CTA session?

    Yes! As of now we do not possess a specific page to book a meeting, and as such we recommend contacting us via our info@elanutra.com email address so we can forward you a meeting date proposal and link. 

  • Can you support product development and R&D?

    Yes, we provide product development and R&D support, including formulation refinement, prototyping, testing, and scale-up for production.

  • What is the quickest method of contact?

    For quick response we recommend messaging us on WhatsApp or giving us a call, information to which you can find on the "contact us" page.  

  • Do you handle packaging and labeling?

    We offer full packaging and labeling services, including packaging selection, labeling compliance, and coordination with client-provided artwork or designs.

  • Are you certified (ISO, GMP, FDA, HACCP, etc.)?

    We operate in compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations and maintain relevant certifications based on product and market requirements.

  • Can products be customised to our specifications?

    Yes! Products can be customised in terms of formulation, size, packaging, and performance, subject to feasibility and regulatory requirements. Any suggestions are welcome. 

  • Will you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?

    Yes, we are willing to enter into NDAs and confidentiality agreements to protect client information and intellectual property.
